This is normal for free unsigned apps. macOS puts a quarantine flag on everything downloaded from the internet. Run this once in Terminal to remove it:
xattr -cr "/Applications/Ur Study Bro.app"
Open Terminal (Spotlight → type Terminal), paste the command, press Enter. Then open the app normally.
